About the chef

My Grandma is the one who first got me interested in baking. One of my favorite memories is when she would have me wash my hands all the way up to my elbow so I could stick my arms into her bin of flour to feel how soft and beautiful it was. Ever since then I was hooked.

While spending some time traveling and dragging my wife to any pastry shop I could sniff out, I really became interested in learning more about how to create the beautiful pastries I was seeing and tasting.

I love being able to create something beautiful and delicious for someone, it makes me so happy hearing that people like the food that I create.
